Operation Foundation is a Christian organisation in Fiji working with families, communities and prisoners. They work with inmates through skills training, trauma healing workshops, restoring relationships and supporting local families in times of distress and natural disasters. At Ruby and Grace we are very pleased to support Operation Foundation with donations and supporting the women inmates with craft supplies and training.

International Justice Mission (IJM)

IJM are a team of lawyers, investigators, social workers, community activists, and other professionals.

They protect the poor from violence in nearly 20 communities throughout Africa, Latin America, South and Southeast Asia.

IJM teams partner with local law enforcement and justice system officials, aftercare professionals, NGO’s, churches, students, parents, friends, and scholars standing together to protect the poor from violence.

Inspired by God’s call to love all people and to seek justice for the oppressed, we protect the poor from violence without regard to religion, race, or any other factor.

Muko Clinic

Muko Clinic is a regional health clinic based in the south west of Uganda, focusing on providing medical care to the rural villages of Kabale District.

This clinic has a long-standing partnership with The Grainery Church in Newcastle, and was begun in response to the great need for medical care in the surrounding villages, which are isolated and a long distance from the nearest hospitals and facilities.

As an addition to the clinic a maternity wing is currently under construction and the sale of medical scrubs here in Australia directly supports the ongoing building and equipping of the women’s health clinic and training of midwives and nurses.

Compassion Australia

Worldwide, 385 million children live in extreme poverty. Poverty robs children of their basic rights to learn, play and grow. In its ugliest form, poverty can lead to exploitation, child labour and even death. It’s unacceptable.

That’s why our Compassion’s Child Sponsorship Program exists. Because more powerful than poverty is the hope of Jesus, the care of a local church and the encouragement of a loving sponsors.
